Finishing
Doors are supplied either finished or unfinished. When we finish your doors, we finish them professionally in house with superior quality stain and exterior polyurethane (3 coat processes) to seal, reserve and protect the wood from the elements. All components are individually finished on all surfaces prior to door package being assembled to ensure everything is completely sealed. See our showroom for examples.

Door packages are also available unfinished; however, with a shorter warranty. See ‘Warranty’ information below.

Warranty
All door packages come with a no hassle, full replacement warranty should the door warp, twist, or malfunction due to natural causes. Warranty is valid for two years on packages sold unfinished and three years on packages sold finished.

Due to the properties of wood as a natural product and exposure to the elements, packages sold unfinished must be properly sealed on all surfaces within three days of the shipping date or warranty is void.

Custom Packages
We are able to create a door package suited to your tastes and needs by altering the contents of the package (e.g. no transom, double doors instead of single door, etc.)
